Chad and the team at Larimar stand with some of the best builders I have dealt with. Chad is always quick to respond with any queries and his scheduling goes without a hitch.

I’d highly recommend Larimar Build to anyone wanting to revamp their home or build a new one.

Finding a reliable and trustworthy building partner on the Gold Coast to take on our renovations was a real challenge for us. We were ultimately so very fortunate to be connected with Chad and the team at Larimar Constructions through a mutual friend.

Chad managed the turn key project for us and helped guide and support us through the entire process. We are genuinely so very pleased with the results.

We truly hope you consider engaging with Chad and his team of reliable and trusted professionals as we could not speak highly enough of them. Well done guys!

When searching for a builder for our home renovation, we were looking for someone who was going to be open and transparent with impeccable communication. We found this with Chad and the team from Larimar. From the first consultation through to the completion of our build, we were kept informed with regular updates and expected completion times. Build quality is of a very high standard and we are very happy with the finished product. Our tired 20+ year old house is now a beautiful home. I would recommend Chad and the team from Larimar.
